Account Executive (AE) (f/m/d)
As an Account Executive (AE) on our Revenue team, you will assist in Autonoma’s overall business growth by strategically identifying, engaging and closing net-new customers across the DACH market for mid-sized customers.
Sellers follow a well-defined methodology, collaborate with internal stakeholders, identify the customer's unique needs, and clearly convey the value of the Autonoma’s digital customer plattform. AE reps have the opportunity to grow their careers in Sales and continue contributing to Autonomas team success.
What you’ll do
Focus entirely on net-new logo acquisition mostly in the DACH market
Building pipeline with a focus on prospecting
Convert existing and self-developed leads into closed opportunities
Strategically work with CEOs, CTOs and CIOs of mid market organizations (50-1000 employees)
Leverage tools such as Sales Navigator, Pipedrive, Aircall, Outeach.io and many more
Manage the full sales cycle, including well-defined workshops, PoCs, negotiations and on-site technical demonstrations
Utilise digital sales for driving efficiency and on-site visits to build trust and engagement
What you should bring
Curious, motivated, and driven as a sales person
Bold on the phones and creative in your emails
3+ years of relevant hands-on sales experience and proven success (incl. references);
Experience with long sales cycles and new market development;
Relevant experience in SaaS sales and/or industrial sales for SMEs / mid-market customers;
Data-driven mindset, where the CRM is your best bud;
Proficient listening, communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
Fluency in English & German (native level).
Ability to travel to and from client sites via auto, train, or air, up to 25% of the time
Nice to have’s
Experience with highly-technical SaaS products
Experience with long, multi-stage sales cycles
Experience in automating repetitive tasks with tools like Zapier, n8n.io, etc.
